  • How to register as seller on Goenkart ?
    Anyone selling genuine products is welcome. In order to be a seller on Goenkart, you need to follow the following procedure :
    Register as a seller on the Goenkart portal (link of registration page)
    Submit all the details and information required during registration.
    Kindly gothrough all the terms and conditions on privacy policy, seller policy, payment policy, return and replacement policy and other notifications issued for sellers. On acceptance of the same only goforward with registration.

  • What are the steps for delivering the order ?
    On receiving the order information on message and email, you have to login on Goenkart and accept the Order, which will generate a Invoice Number.
    Prepare your order ready for dispatch and also send a invoice copy with the parcel to the buyer. (Specifically inside the packing do not paste it outside. )
    For transparency and security, kindly take a short video from your mobile where the final product is packed and sealed. This video has to be kept for minimum 30 days in your mobile.
    You have to then dispatch your parcel to the agreed logistic/ courier office and update the Docket/AWB/Tracking number on the Goenkart system under the Invoice number.
    Once the order is delivered to the buyer, the delivery details will be updated on the Goenkart system through the logistics Tracking number and a confirmation email will be sent to the seller also.
  • How can I sell food items which are for immediate consumption ?
    Sellers dealing in food items like Cake, confessionary, pickles, jams etc. which are for immediate consumption or require a specific storage condition require to follow the following steps for selling on Goenkart :
    On getting intimation of order on email/ mobile, seller has to accept the order which will generate a Unique Order Number on the system.
    Seller has to prepare the order and send the item for delivery through self-arranged delivery system only. The seller has to provide a system generated invoice copy to the buyer while delivering the order.
    After delivery of the product seller has to update the UON status as delivered on goenkart system.
    Thereafter the seller will be paid by Goenkart for the order as per the Goenkart payment policy.
    Does Goenkart take posting for services too ?
    Yes, Certain services are open for listing on Goenkart, the services which are available for listing are put up on the main page of Goenkart website. If your services are listed then you can gohead register and list your services. If there is no provisions for your service or it’s a unique service then kindly drop in a email to our technical team. Our technical team will get back to you on the same.
  • How the delivery chain works in Goenkart ?
    Goenkart is associated with various courier services at different locations of Goa.
    You have to check the nearest courier service and arrange for delivering the goods to the logistic/courier office.
    You have to show invoice to the courier service for availing discounted price on the courier.
    Courier details with AWB/docket/ tracking number has to be filled on the Goenkart system by the seller and once the order is delivered successfully Goenkart system will reflect the same.

Pricing And Privacy

  • After the order is successfully delivered and there is no replacement /rejection / refund request  with no reply or revert from buyer is over then payment will be released for the order.  Successful orders delivered from 1st to 14th will get payment on 15th of that month.  Successful orders generated from 15th to last date of month will get their payment on 1st of next month.  Amount payable will be directly credited to your account registered with Goenkart. 

    If you require the amount lying in Goenkart system on any other day prior to the disbursement day then the you have to place a request for withdrawal only after the order is successfully delivered.  (

    • How much is Goenkart charging ? 

    As a promotional offer, Goenkart will be charging only 6% (inclusive of 1% TCS and 2% to 3% gateway charges*) on the net price of product till March 2021.  Price change if any will be updated in the month of March 2021 :

    Apart from the above percentage there is an Annual Subscription Fee.  Annual Subscription fees is payable during registration and it can be revised by the seller during any time and such revision will be valid for a year from the date of revision.  The Annual Subscription fees is as follows :

    Payment Gateway charge is applicable for each online transaction.  The charge is 2% on the net amount paid by national cards and 3% of the net amount paid by international cards.

    • What are the other charges which I have to consider ?

    Goenkart doesn’t have any hidden charges or any additional charges or fees or commission other than 6% on the net value of product. 

    Whereas the seller has to consider the Delivery charges.  Delivery charges which will be paid directly at the logistic/courier office during dispatching the product by the seller.

    • What are the different payment modes available to buyer ?

    Buyer has to make payment online only through Payment Gateway which will have options of debit card, credit card, UPI, Netbanking   Cash on delivery option is not available currently.

    • How will I be paid if I replace the product ?

    You will be paid only the price of the product after deduction of Goenkart charges and collection charges levied by the payment gateway.  No additional amount will be paid by Goenkart to the seller or buyer for any kind of  replacement or refund order.   For replacement and refund of product the seller has to arrange for pick-up of the rejected product from the buyers place were the product was originally delivered. Thereafter only seller will deliver new replaced product with no additional cost.

    How and when is the payment is released to the seller ?


  • Return is a scheme provided by respective sellers directly under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement and/ or refund is offered by the respective sellers to the buyer.  All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy.  For all products, the returns/replacement policy provided on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy. Do refer the respective item's applicable return/replacement policy on the product page for any exceptions to this returns policy and the table below

    In order to help you resolve issues with your product, you have to get in touch with the customer care and service center of the brand. You may troubleshoot your product either through online tools, over the phone, and/or through an in-person technical visit.

    If a defect is determined with the product then Company will replace the product at no cost or with any charges. Goenkart will not be responsible for payment of any defective product from the manufacturer.

    In any case, only one replacement shall be provided.

    Furniture, Large appliances

    Rest of Small Home Appliances - Chimney, Water Purifier, Fan, Geyser only

    For products requiring installation, returns shall be eligible only when such products are installed by the brand's authorized personnel.

    If a manufacturing defect is determined on the product replacement of the same model will be provided at no additional cost. If no defect is confirmed or the issue is not diagnosed within 7 days of delivery or Installation wherever applicable, you will be directed to a brand service centre to resolve any subsequent issues.

    In any case, only one replacement shall be provided.

    Ready to eat foods items that requires to be kept in a cold storage (cakes, jams and similar products)

    These items being perishable will be only listed on the website. Buyer has to place order and on seller’s acceptance of the order buyer will make payment online.  Seller is responsible to deliver the goods to the buyer. Once placed order cannot be returned back or refund paid if the goods are delivered as agreed by the buyer and seller.

    Packed food items with life of more then 7 days in normal room conditions (grains, snacks and similar products)

    Same day refund, replacement.


    Part 2 - Returns Pick-Up and Processing

    Any product on which a refund or replacement is to be given, the refund will be processed once the rejected product is received back by the seller.  For replacement and refund of product the seller has to arrange for pick-up of the rejected product from the buyers place were the product was originally delivered. Thereafter only seller will deliver new replaced product with no additional cost.

    If the buyer receives a different or a damaged product, buyer has to click images of the parcel and or an open box delivery and send the images to Goenkart and the seller.   If the product has manufacturing defects then the buyer has to contact the seller directly or drop a email to Goenkart to rectify the issue.  Goenkart will assist the buyer in taking up the issue to the seller and help in providing  solution.  In such cases, this category-specific replacement/return general conditions will be applicable. 

    For products where installation is provided by the seller or the manufacturing company, buyer should not open the product packaging by self.  Seller will provide for an authorised person who shall help in unboxing and install the product. If the buyer opens and the product gets damaged during installation the buyer is solely responsible. 

    Please keep the product intact, with original accessories, user manual and warranty cards in the original packaging at the time of returning the product. 

    'In case the product was not delivered and you received a delivery confirmation email/SMS, report the issue within 7 days from the date of delivery confirmation to Goenkart.
